Job summary

Legendary Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Superintendent in Destin, FL to direct maintenance staff across Emerald Grande, Sunset Suites and HarborWalk Village. You will supervise work orders, allocate resources, manage inventory, and uphold safety standards daily.

Responsibilities include leading engineering tasks, assisting HVAC and electrical systems repairs, and coordinating deep-clean and renovation efforts with the team. A strong safety focus and customer-service mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of maintenance technician or mechanical experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred; forklift experience preferred.
• Solid knowledge of OSHA-compliant safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise maintenance staff in work orders and projects.
• Evaluate and assign work orders via the eWork Order system.
• Manage inventory for materials and supplies; ensure safety training compliance.
• Lead engineering efforts and support HVAC, boilers, and electrical systems.
• Coordinate Deep Clean teams for unit renovations and repairs.
