Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical or Environmental Engineering (or related degree).
• 5+ years of hands-on Operations/Maintenance management experience in industrial chemical process environment.
• Lean, Six Sigma, 5S and Operational Excellence experience desired.
• Strong written and verbal communication with leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all work is performed safely, professionally and conscientiously.
• Provide direct supervision to maintenance staff and align production priorities with safe operations.
