Job summary

The State of Hawaii – Department of Land & Natural Resources seeks qualified candidates for vacancies in Maalaea, Kihei, Wailea, and Lahaina to perform semi-skilled manual work on road, building, and other maintenance projects, or refuse collection. Qualifications

• ONE (1) YEAR of manual unskilled and/or semi-skilled work experience in general construction and/or maintenance; or any equivalent combination of experience and training.
• Legal Authorization To Work: the State requires all persons seeking government employment to be US citizens, nationals, or permanent resident aliens, or eligible for unrestricted employment.
• Special Requirement: Forklift Certification within 6 months from the date of hire.
