We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to serve as a Maintenance Repairer, assisting with the daily operations of the Area Maintenance Department on the Pinecrest Supports and Services grounds. This position will be key in performing plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, and refrigeration.
One year of experience or training in the building construction trades, building maintenance, maintenance or repair of mechanical equipment, or park operations and grounds maintenance; OR Six semester hours in construction management, construction technology, or engineering, or any combination of these courses.

Shift: 7:30 am - 4:00 pm Pass Days: Saturday and Sunday
Maintenance Repairer 1: $17.18 hourly - $30.92 hourly
Maintenance Repairer 2: $19.67 hourly - $35.40 hourly
This position may be filled as a Maintenance Repairer 1 or 2 depending on the qualifications of the selected candidate.
This position may be filled by Probation, Promotion, Demotion, Job Appointment, Lateral Transfer or Detail to Special Duty. Preference may be given to permanent classified employees of Pinecrest Supports and Services Center.
