Job summary

TPC Las Vegas, a premier PGA TOUR property, is hiring a General Maintenance and Repair Technician to keep clubhouse facilities and surrounding property in optimal condition. Responsibilities include carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and preventative maintenance across multiple systems.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent with two to three years of related experience, plus knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and kitchen equipment. Shifts may vary based on business levels.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 2–3 college/trade courses.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and kitchen equipment maintenance.
• Experience in a similar role for 2–3 years.

Responsibilities

• Perform general repairs and maintenance of buildings, facilities, and equipment including kitchen equipment.
• Perform and maintain responsibility for all repairs on cart fleet. Maintain detailed maintenance records on each cart
• Complete routine plumbing repairs, including fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and replacing fixtures.
• Conduct basic electrical work such as changing light bulbs, outlets, switches, and light fixtures.
• Perform carpentry tasks including repairs to doors, cabinets, drywall, and trim.
• Paint, patch, and touch up interior and exterior surfaces as needed.
• Assemble, install, and repair furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
• Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and identify repair needs.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and work orders.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and supplies in a safe and organized manner.
• Troubleshoot and repair facility issues to minimize operational disruptions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas at all times.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs when necessary.
• Maintain responsibility and perform as needed the continued preventative maintenance of all HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems and all kitchen equipment
• Maintain responsibility for and ensure compliance of all cleanliness standards of the clubhouse, entrance and parking lot. Monitor appearance of all areas at least four (4) times per day
• Maintain responsibility for key control, perform an inventory quarterly, and maintain control log
• Special projects or other duties as assigned
