On Top Roofing, a leading roofing company in Park City, Utah with a strong reputation for quality and excellence is currently seeking a reliable Maintenance and Repair Technician to join our team.

As a Maintenance and Repair Technician, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the purchasing of materials for repairs while overseeing the processes and workflow for On Top Roofing’s repair crews. If you have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and enjoy building great relationships with homeowners and other dedicated team members, we encourage you to apply.

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Purchasing materials for repairs.

· Assisting the Salesmen’s in managing repairs.

· Updating the repairs schedule.

· Contact homeowners or GCs when needed regarding repairs and scheduling.

· Assisting the Operations team as needed.

· Delivery drives when needed – load, unloads materials.

· This position involves overseeing the schedules, workflow, materials, and scope of work for repair crews

· Build and maintain strong working relationships with both internal and external partners.

· Interact with all colleagues in the department competently and professionally.

· Adhere to all policies and guidelines established by the company.

· Carry out any other assigned duties.

Experience:

· At least 2 years’ experience of roof install knowledge

· Previous experience as repairs scheduler, coordinator, purchaser, etc., in the roofing repair industry extremely helpful

· Valid Driver's License and clean driving record to assist delivery drivers when needed

· Excellent communication skills and project management abilities required

· Able to write, read and speak in English proficiently.

· Able to positively interact and move progress forward with all members of the organization

· Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.

· Occasional lifting required of heavy objects 50 lbs+ and performing physical tasks such as moving products.
