The MRO Manager develops and executes the Maintenance, Repair, and Operations procurement strategy supporting manufacturing, warehouse, project, and facility operations. The role leads MRO process standardization, supplier programs, inventory solutions, and procurement technology while ensuring critical indirect materials, tools, safety supplies, and services are available when needed.
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field preferred. Extensive relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Position is primarily performed at a desk using a computer. Ability to exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. The role requires sitting, using hands and fingers, communicating, hearing, performing repetitive motions, and periodically stooping, bending, or crouching. Visual acuity is required to prepare and analyze data, operate a computer, and conduct extensive reading. The incumbent is generally subject to inside environmental conditions.
