Upstate Niagara Cooperative is seeking a skilled maintenance professional at the West Seneca Plant (UNC) in West Seneca, NY to lead operation and maintenance of process equipment. This role focuses on preventative and predictive maintenance, troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, and training team members.
The candidate will monitor performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and support safety practices in a dairy processing environment.

Working within the limits of authority, regulatory and company policies and procedures executes the continuous improvement plan of plant equipment utilization.

Pay Range: $81.7k-$114k/year*
