Job summary

Christensen Farms is seeking a Maintenance and Reliability Technician to perform priority repairs and routine maintenance across our farming facilities. You will collaborate with production and repair staff to maximize quality and productivity, ensuring safe and efficient operation of equipment.

This role supports asset maintenance, seasonal equipment preparation, and trades such as carpentry, plumbing, and steel repair.

Qualifications

• Basic machine operation and mechanical repair.
• Ability to read and interpret basic schematics and maintenance manuals.
• Willingness to perform carpentry, plumbing, and steel repair tasks.
• Capable of following safety protocols and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform priority repairs as assigned.
• Execute technical repairs on equipment used by Christensen Farms and its producers.
• Conduct scheduled repairs to meet quality and cost standards.
• Provide labor for or lead other projects as needed.
• Support asset maintenance program on farms and facilities.
• Prepare equipment for seasonal use and ensure proper storage.
