Qualifications

  • 6-10 years in maintenance planning/scheduling or related industrial environment.
  • 3-5 years of leadership in maintenance planning/scheduling.
  • Strong CMMS/SAP-PM experience and cost control skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and optimize the maintenance work management system, including planning, scheduling, backlog, and notification processes.
  • Drive planning and scheduling discipline to ensure realistic, prioritized, and fully resourced maintenance schedules.
  • Govern CMMS/SAP-PM standards and ensure accuracy of work orders, history, and cost tracking.
  • Manage maintenance backlogs and prioritize work based on asset criticality and risk.
  • Own maintenance cost control, budgeting, and efficient utilization of labor, materials, and contracted services.
  • Coordinate maintenance, operations, reliability, and supply chain teams to support execution of work plans.

The Maintenance & Reliability Planning Manager drives operational efficiency through disciplined work management, data integrity, resource optimization, and cross-functional alignment.As a Maintenance & Reliability Planning Manager, you will own the maintenance work management system and lead planning, scheduling, backlog management, and maintenance cost control activities.
