Job summary

Job Summary

Join Ingredion as a Maintenance Planner where you will drive operational reliability by strategically planning and scheduling maintenance activities that balance safety, cost, and performance. This role plays a critical part in ensuring plant efficiency, minimizing downtime, and supporting continuous improvement across operations. As a Maintenance Planner, you will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating maintenance activities for assigned units within the plant. This role ensures that maintenance work is executed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with production goals, while leveraging systems like SAP and working closely with engineering, operations, and procurement teams. This role reports to the Planning and Control Manager.

What you will do:

• Plan and schedule maintenance activities, including defining scope, safety requirements, materials, labor, and timelines.

Relocation Available: Yes, Within Region Pay Range: $84,400.00-$112,533.33 Annual This pay range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Final base salary will be determined based on several factors which may include but are not limited to responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data and applicable bargaining agreement (if any).

Incentive Compensation: As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Ingredion Annual Incentive Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus.
