Title: Maintenance Reliability Planner Supervisor

Description:

Join Kellanova as a Maintenance Reliability Planner Supervisor at our Grand Rapids, MI facility and be at the forefront of ensuring our production equipment and facility run seamlessly. This is a day shift position 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM with some weekend work and flexibility for overtime as needed.

In this dynamic role, you ’ ll lead the charge in breakdown elimination resolution, meticulously planning, estimating, and scheduling maintenance activities that drive our plant’s performance and reliability. A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

• Maintenance Planning and Execution– Planning and executing day-to-day maintenance activities for 24-hour operations in addition to establishing weekly, monthly, and yearly work plans to improve equipment reliability and supporting and implementing maintenance improvement processes and projects.
• Performance and Predictive Maintenance - Managing the breakdown elimination ( BDE) process, including stops tracking, as well as overseeing predictive maintenance programs to enhance plant performance.
• Safety and Communication- Promoting and enforcing safety standards within the maintenance crew.
• Budget and System Management- Utilizing in-depth knowledge of the plant’s Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) with strict adherence to the maintenance budget.

We’re Looking for Someone With

• High School Diploma or GED and “hands on” related industrial maintenance work experience
• Must have a in depth aptitude of mechanical and electrical on high-speed machinery
• Strong technical aptitude along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with SAP or similar software
• Ability to effectively communicate and problem solve
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate others and work with employees at all levels of the organization

Compensation

The annual salary range is $81,400 - $106,890, which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.
