Kellanova in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Maintenance Reliability Planner Supervisor for our on-site plant. You will lead day-to-day and long-range maintenance planning for a 24-hour operation, focusing on reliability and safe, efficient production.

You will manage breakdown elimination processes, supervise a skilled maintenance team, and collaborate across operations to improve equipment performance and drive long-term reliability strategy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Hands-on industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude on high-speed manufacturing equipment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong presentation skills.
• Experience with SAP or CMMS software.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and collaborate with employees at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance Planning and Execution – Lead day-to-day and long-range maintenance planning for a 24-hour operation, including weekly, monthly, and annual work plans that improve equipment reliability.
• Performance and Predictive Maintenance – Manage the Breakdown Elimination (BDE) process, monitor equipment stops, and oversee predictive maintenance activities to elevate plant performance.
• Safety Leadership – Promote and enforce safety standards within the maintenance team to ensure a safe and compliant operation.
• Budget and System Management – Utilize the plant’s CMMS and maintain alignment with the maintenance budget.

In this on‑site role, you’ll work a day‑shift schedule with flexibility while supporting the maintenance team that keeps our plant safe, efficient, and performing at peak reliability.

You’ll be part of a hardworking and collaborative maintenance organization that supports 24‑hour operations. We’re Looking for Someone With

• High School Diploma or GED

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong presentation skills

• Experience with SAP or similar CMMS software

Compensation

The annual salary range is $84,800 - $111,300, which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.
