Job description

The Maintenance, Reliability, and Turnaround Manager is responsible for providing leadership, mentoring, and continuous improvement to optimize all aspects of the maintenance organization and its ability to support the business objectives. This Manager will also focus on the development of a comprehensive, multi-year approach to optimizing predictive reliability, maintenance, turnaround planning, execution, and productivity. Will be accountable for achieving the site's safety, reliability, cost management, and continuous improvement objectives through effective leadership, applying sound management principles, and ensuring effective teamwork.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
2. Demonstrated ability to lead a team to achieve success and support business objectives.
3. Process industry experience with a strong working knowledge of reliability-centered maintenance, mechanical integrity, quality systems, PSM, and OSHA regulations.
4. 10+ years of relevant experience in the manufacturing industry, leading maintenance and/or reliability programs and managing direct reports.
5. 10+ years supervisory experience in Maintenance or Operations.
