Job summary

AAK is seeking a Maintenance & Reliability Manager in Louisville, KY to lead the plant's maintenance and reliability functions, ensuring safe, cost-effective operation and maximum uptime. You will drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs, optimize resources, and mentor the maintenance team.

You will partner with cross-functional leaders to reduce downtime, improve asset performance, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical or Reliability Engineering.
• 7-10+ years of industrial/manufacturing maintenance experience.
• 5-7 years of maintenance supervisory or management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance and reliability activities for plant equipment and infrastructure.
• Develop preventive, predictive, and proactive maintenance programs.
• Monitor KPIs like downtime, PM compliance, MTBF and MTTR.
• Manage maintenance backlog, plans, and budgets.
• Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Quality and Safety leaders.
