Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• 6-8 years of relevant industrial experience if HS/GED is held.
• 3+ years of hands-on maintenance and reliability knowledge required.
• Experience in manufacturing or heavy industry environments.
• Familiarity with RCFA, RCM, FMEA, TPM, or predictive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Lead RCFA and FMEA investigations to find root causes.
• Improve asset reliability and reduce unplanned downtime.
• Analyze maintenance data to boost asset performance.
• Implement vibration analysis, thermography, lubrication, and condition monitoring.
• Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams on reliability upgrades.
• Support major shutdowns, overhauls, and capital projects.
• Develop KPI reporting and reliability metrics.
• Mentor technicians and promote reliability best practices.
