What You’ll Do:

• Lead root cause failure analysis (RCFA) and implement smart, lasting solutions.
• Drive reliability improvements and asset effectiveness with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Develop and refine preventative & predictive maintenance plans.
• Manage the Bad Actor Program.
• Provide engineering insight for capital projects and equipment upgrades.
• Develop and manage critical equipment lists, spare parts inventories, and inspection programs.
• Coach and support in-house maintenance teams.
• Identify cost/time advantages in repair/replace scenarios.

What You Bring:

• 6–10 years in maintenance or reliability engineering, ideally within small-to-mid-sized manufacturing environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (strongly preferred).
• Deep familiarity with preventative/predictive maintenance, RCA, and CMMS.
• Natural problem solver, strong communicator, and team collaborator.
• Hands-on, resourceful, and thrives in a setting where departments work like family.
