Job summary

Applitrack is hiring for a Maintenance - Quad position at Eden Prairie High School. The role involves custodial work and maintenance tasks across the Quad area, with a 10-hour shift per day for four days each week, starting in late afternoon and running into the night.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma, a valid CDL within probation, and the ability to obtain boiler and high-pressure licenses.

POSITION:
Maintenance - Quad

LOCATION:

RATE OF PAY: $34.77 = $34.17 (base) + $0.60 (night differential)

HOURS PER DAY: 10 hours per day, 4 days per week

START & ENDING TIME: 2:30 PM - 1:00 AM

WORKING DAYS PER YEAR: 208

PAID HOLIDAYS: 12

QUALIFICATIONS DESIRED:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid bus driver's license (CDL) required within probationary period.
• Ability to obtain 2nd Class B boiler license within probationary period.
• Ability to obtain 2nd Class B High Pressure license within 15 months.
• 3 Years custodial experience, preferably in an educational setting.
• Maintenance experience.
• Ability to perform minor repair jobs, set priorities, handle multiple tasks, and take direction from several sources.
• Ability to read and comprehend basic operation instructions.
• Ability to set priorities, manage and supervise multiple tasks.
• Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
