EDEN PRAIRIE SCHOOLS is seeking Standby Drivers to support transportation operations. There are two positions with early morning and afternoon shifts, Monday through Friday.

The role requires safety awareness, good verbal communication, and the ability to manage multiple routes with short notice. Employment is governed by the district's policies; offers are contingent on background checks and physical abilities testing.

Position 1 Schedule

Position 1:

6:00 am - 10:00 am, 1:45 pm - 5:00 pm. M-F

(Staying late on Monday and Friday.)

Position 2 Schedule

Position 2:

6:00 am - 10:00 am, 1:45 pm - 5:00 pm M-F

10:00 am - 11:30am M,T,F

Qualifications Desired

Testing Required

All job offers from Eden Prairie Schools are conditioned upon passing a pre-employment criminal background check and ISD 272 School Board approval. Offers for these positions will also be conditioned upon passing a pre-employment physical abilities test.
