Maintenance Production Technician 3rd shift

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute mold changing, mixing, or casting processes.
• Perform controls and troubleshooting for procedures.
• Define daily verification standards for mold, machine, or mixing conditions.
• Perform level 1 preventative maintenance on molds or machines as needed.
• Collaborate closely with Builders and Machine Operators, providing feedback and training to prevent recurrent issues.
• Propose and develop improvement projects related to mold management and control.
• Troubleshoot issues on presses and mixing machines during production; resolve or escalate as needed.
• Maintain machine condition according to standards (cleaning, spill management, proper placement of plastics and cardboard).
• Support technology projects (CAPEX) and continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with various departments.
• Adhere to ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, taking responsibility for actions and caring for colleagues and the business.

Qualifications

• Mechanic Technician with over 2 years of experience in industrial equipment repair.
• Knowledge of hydraulics and control systems.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Analytical, organized, with good planning skills.
• Strong communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
