Job summary

McDonald’s maintenance role requires ensuring high standards of cleanliness inside and outside the restaurant and keeping all equipment in good working order. You will be part of a maintenance team supporting restaurant operations and safety throughout shifts.

The position includes tasks such as cleaning, oil fryer care, groundskeeping, and handling deliveries, with opportunities to participate in company benefits and training programs.

Qualifications

• The Maintenance Person assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Filtering oil fryers daily
• Maintaining outside grounds
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week
• Take out and empty trash compactor
• Change light bulbs
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
