Qualifications

• 1-3 years of technical work experience in maintenance areas.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Willingness to be on call for emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds and common areas free from trash and debris.
• Communicate regularly with management and maintenance staff on projects.
