• Certification in a relevant trade or vocational training program

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs on buildings, including drywall installation and repair, carpentry, and cabinetry work
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and impact
