Job summary

Arby's | Campbell Restaurant Group is seeking a porter in Leland, NC to help keep our restaurant clean, neat, and safe for staff and guests. You’ll perform cleaning, landscaping, and related duties to support daily operations.

Ideal candidates are 18 or older, can lift 30–50 pounds, and can stand, bend, and move for long periods. We offer flexible schedules, meal discounts, advancement opportunities, and benefits for eligible team members.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Willing to accomplish all restaurant tasks.
• Requires standing and bending while performing cleaning, landscaping, and related duties.
• Requires you to lift 30 to 50 pounds.
• Requires use of pushing, pulling, stretching, and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists.

Responsibilities

• Keep the building neat, clean, free from clutter, and safe inside and out.
• Perform cleaning and landscaping tasks as part of daily operations.
• Support restaurant staff with various tasks as needed.
