Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, and appliances.
2. Troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing issues, providing effective solutions.
3. Perform routine inspections and maintenance on plumbing systems to prevent future problems.
4. Respond to emergency plumbing calls and resolve issues in a timely manner.
5. Collaborate with other maintenance staff to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
6. Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and inventory levels.
7. Comply with local plumbing codes and regulations to ensure safety and quality standards.
8. Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a plumbing apprenticeship program preferred.
2. Valid plumbing license (if required by state/country).
