What You’ll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade certification preferred
• Minimum two years of maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Experience with preventive maintenance systems and troubleshooting industrial equipment
• NFPA 70E Training
• Familiarity with Lockout/Tagout, Confined Space Entry, and other OSHA compliant safety programs
• Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends as needed
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, work at heights, and perform physically demanding tasks safely
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screening and background check
