Plans, organizes and controls a defined portion of a planned maintenance operation for a University campus. Responsible for the overall long-term and daily planning, and scheduling of a defined group's maintenance activities. Establish and maintain an accurate inventory of related, existing building equipment and systems. This focus of this position is the electrical trade. Hours for this position are Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm with reasonable flexibility for operational needs.
Working Conditions: Physical effort usually requires considerable walking, standing, and lifting materials weighing 25 to 50 pounds. Periodic assignments given which entail dealing with modestly unpleasant situations. Some possibility of personal risk due to accidents.
