Qualified candidates will have 5+ years in maintenance/operations in relevant facilities, strong computer skills, and the ability to generate cost estimates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 5+ years maintenance or operations experience in relevant facilities is required.
• Experience with coordinating maintenance-related work including ordering supplies/materials and scheduling contractors is required.
• Proficiency in general computer use including word processing, spreadsheets and email is essential.
• Technical certification or associate degree or equivalent training in a process or mechanical field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule weekly maintenance work for the Plant Facility.
• Develop job plans and coordinate all planning and preparation for scheduled work.
• Coordinate routine and preventive maintenance procedures and schedules.
• Generate requisitions for materials and contract services; ensure availability before work.
• Perform job cost estimating and tracking.
• Schedule active work orders in a four-week demand-based plan and adjust weekly.
