Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or related field required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Maintenance Planning or related field required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Documentation Management: Maintain and organize maintenance records, work orders, and equipment logs.
• Scheduling: Assist in scheduling maintenance tasks and coordinating with maintenance staff to ensure timely completion.
• Data Entry: Input and update data in maintenance management software.
• Communication: Serve as a point of contact for maintenance requests and coordinate with various departments.
• Inventory Management: Track and manage inventory of maintenance supplies and parts.
• Reporting: Prepare and distribute reports on maintenance activities and performance metrics.
• Support: Provide general administrative support to the maintenance planning team, including filing, answering phones, and handling correspondence.
