Job Description

Responsibilities

1. Create complete and accurate work packages including estimates, drawings, manuals, and safety requirements.
2. Conduct field checks and coordinate with operations to understand work scope.
3. Develop detailed job plans and schedule work in Maximo.
4. Allocate resources, materials, and manpower efficiently.
5. Coordinate with external contractors and ensure proper staging of equipment.
6. Participate in weekly scheduling meetings and provide feedback.
7. Manage inventory and parts in Maximo, ensuring timely ordering and staging.
8. Assist in supervising field work and fill in for the Maintenance Supervisor if needed.
9. Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
10. Track performance metrics related to work planning and scheduling.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of trades, tools, materials, and safety regulations.
• Experience interpreting blueprints and manuals.
