You will collaborate with the maintenance manager, order parts, maintain stock, and ensure compliance with OSHA and SQF while keeping downtime to a minimum.

Candidates should have an associate degree or equivalent, CMMS experience, and 2+ years in maintenance planning.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
  • Experience in CMMS system (CMMS familiarity preferred).
  • At least 1–3 years related industrial maintenance experience and/or training.
  • Minimum 2 years Maintenance Planning experience.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, schedule, audit and document all maintenance work orders per production schedule while staying in compliance with OSHA, SQF and regulatory standards.
  • Responsible for workforce planning and execution of all orders and quality standards of team.
  • Manage inventory and costs, according to budget, to maximize production uptime.
  • Responsible for ordering of parts from suppliers (McMaster-C Carr, Grainger, OEM, and others).
  • Maintain stock and inventory counts, with emphasis on organization.
  • Collaborate with Maintenance Manager and Production Supervisor to manage preventive maintenance backlogs and priorities.
