Manufacturing Maintenance Solutions (MMS) in Atlanta, GA is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Planner / Scheduler and Working Maintenance Technician. This role balances planning maintenance activities with on-the-floor support to keep operations running smoothly.

You will plan and coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, manage work orders in CMMS, ensure parts and labor are available, and drive reliability improvements while promoting safety.

Qualifications

• Industrial maintenance experience required; minimum 2 years.
• Experience with maintenance planning, scheduling, or CMMS.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.

Working Maintenance Technician

Atlanta, GA

Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour (based on experience)
Shift: Monday - Friday | 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM

What You'll Do

A Day in the Life

No two days are the same. You may spend part of your morning building maintenance schedules, coordinating parts and labor, and reviewing equipment performance. Later in the day, you could be troubleshooting equipment, supporting technicians, or assisting with critical repairs to keep production moving. This role is perfect for someone who likes a balance of planning, leadership, and hands-on maintenance work.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 2 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Experience with maintenance planning, scheduling, supervision, or CMMS systems preferred.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities.
• Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
• Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
