Job description

The main function of this position is the day-to-day scheduling and planning of Splitter maintenance requirements, internal maintenance, and inventory management. This person must be able to manage Maximo, spare parts inventory, and ensure maintenance operations are conducted in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibility Areas

• Schedule daily field maintenance activities.
• Provide daily updates on REAL and KEY asset readiness.
• Schedule onsite service work with 3rd party vendors.
• Prioritize and schedule maintenance activities at the Splitter.
• Monitor Work Orders to ensure timely completion.
• Review inventory levels and order parts as needed.
• Assist the Maintenance Supervisor in prioritizing repairs and preventive maintenance to ensure compliance.
• Manage Work Orders based on Plant management maintenance priorities.
• Review pending work and service requests, providing input on repair priorities.
• Assist in determining correct parts for inventory and maintaining appropriate inventory levels.
• Assist in managing onsite capital parts.
• Participate actively in KM training, SOE meetings, and plant meetings.
• Provide assistance in other areas as requested by management.
• Fully manage Maximo, Work Orders, Inventory, etc.
