Inframark, a leading water management company, seeks a highly organized Maintenance Planner/Scheduler to support critical infrastructure assets in Suwanee, GA. You will plan, schedule, and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, coordinating labor, materials, and tools to maximize uptime and compliance.

Join a collaborative team that works with plant management and supervisors to minimize downtime, manage CMMS work orders, and track inventories.

Competenze

• Experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, industrial maintenance, construction, utilities, or related fields.
• Proficiency with CMMS software (eMaint, JobCal, Maximo, SAP PM, or similar).
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with scheduling, budgeting, inventory, and purchasing processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Microsoft Project.

Maintenance Planner/Scheduler

Inframark is seeking a highly organized Maintenance Planner/Scheduler to support the reliability and performance of critical infrastructure assets. This role is responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance activities to maximize equipment uptime, improve efficiency, and maintain compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance work orders and schedules using eMaint, JobCal, or other CMMS platforms.
• Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities, including labor, materials, tools, and equipment.
• Work closely with maintenance supervisors and plant management to minimize operational disruptions and downtime.
