Responsibilities

• Review work requests for accuracy and clarity: scope, date, lead times, equipment.
• Identify work requiring engineering design and review with engineering/area.
• Gather information for mechanics: drawings, manuals, procedures, and notes.
• Prioritize safety in all aspects of work.
• Manage work control and backlog for work orders from submission to completion.
• Verify materials, information, tools, and labor are available before scheduling.
• Coordinate with maintenance leads, supervisors, and contractors for resource availability.
• Attend weekly planning meetings with operations partners to finalize priorities.
