Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Undergraduate degree desired.
• OSHA Powered Industrial equipment training and tests if required.

Responsibilities

• Plan maintenance activities supporting Production and related areas.
• Analyze backlog relative to available resources.
• Ensure timely, efficient, and quality service to internal Maintenance customers.
• Support Operations balancing daily output with equipment reliability.
• Familiar with CMMS and its role in the plant.
• Create and maintain PM tasks for assets.
• Manage CMMS work order backlog to create schedules.
• Keep materials and equipment neat and orderly.
• Create critical spare parts lists and stocking quantities.
• Coordinate with operations, schedulers, and supervisors to schedule maintenance.
• Lead daily and weekly PM scheduling meetings.
• Coordinate outside services (forklift repair, AC repair, etc.).
• Incorporate safety into all aspects of the position.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
