Aurubis Richmond is seeking a Maintenance Planner – Outage Coordinator to drive outage planning, scheduling, and contractor coordination at our Augusta site. The role requires strong maintenance background, public safety awareness, and effective cross‑functional communication with internal teams and contractors.
Key responsibilities include developing work scopes, budgets, and timelines; leading outage meetings; and ensuring asset PMs and service reports are completed in SAP.

Maintenance Planner – Outage Coordinator
High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
Willing and physically able to walk/work in a smelter environment, in intense heat and in varying conditions, including walking, standing, climbing, carrying up to 50 lbs. Require good coordination, 20/20 vision, and ability to respond to safety needs. Must wear required PPE and be able to travel domestically and/or internationally if requested.
