Job summary
Holcim Ltd. is seeking a qualified Maintenance Planner II in Holly Hill, SC to improve maintenance productivity and manage complex projects. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience or equivalent. Key responsibilities include planning maintenance operations, maintaining data accuracy in the Maintenance Management System, leading budgeting processes, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of experience or 8 years of equivalent experience with HS Diploma/GED.
5 years of required work experience.
10% travel requirement.
Responsibilities
Implement complex plans in the Maintenance Management System (MMS).
Maintain accurate master maintenance data.
Ensure predictive and preventative maintenance strategies are implemented.
Define scope of work and establish preparatory tasks.
Communicate costs for parts and supplies for each work order.
Work with procurement to ensure material availability.
Lead annual budgeting and monthly forecasting.
Adhere to health, safety, and environmental policies.
