Job summary

Expand Energy maintains a strong footprint in the oil and gas sector and seeks an intermediate Maintenance Planner. The role focuses on scheduling, planning, and coordinating maintenance activities for surface production equipment, pipelines, and facilities to optimize site operations.

The position requires SAP PM usage, strong communication, and organizational skills to support foremen and supervisors at the Mansfield site.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High school diploma or GED with 2 years related work experience or an equivalent substitution for education.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• Preferred: SAP Plant Maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Examine work requests; plan, schedule Work Orders with Foreman and Supervisors.
• Tracks field data and SAP-transactions to keep records up to date.
• Develop weekly schedule and assist Maintenance Foreman in setting priorities.
• Create and manage Preventive Maintenance schedules and task lists.
• Coordinate with Procurement/Materials Coordinators and assist with purchasing functions.
• Identify, analyze, and review equipment maintenance issues including failure analysis.
• Educate operations or facilities personnel in maintenance management.
• Participate in maintenance field networking and share regional learnings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Summary

This intermediate level position is responsible for assisting with the proper scheduling and assigning of maintenance activities relating to surface production equipment, pipelines, electrical distribution systems, meters, field automation, pads, lease roads, buildings, and site security in order to aid in optimizing the productive and efficient operations of the site.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Examine work requests; create, plan, and schedule Work Orders and reviews orders with Foreman and other Supervisors
• Tracks most ongoing field level data and transactions are up to date in SAP
• May help develop weekly schedule and assists Maintenance Foreman and other Supervisors in determining standard job priorities
• Help create and manage most Preventive Maintenance schedules and tasks lists
• Coordinate with Procurement/Materials Coordinators and may assist with purchasing functions
• Identify, analyze, and review equipment maintenance issues to include failure analysis with Foreman and other personnel
• Assists in educating operations or facilities personnel in maintenance management
• Participate in maintenance field networking and dissiminate regional learnings
• Perform other duties as assigned

Job Specific Skills

• Intermediate experience in upstream AND/OR midstream Oil and Gas maintenance & planning
• Intermediate administrative and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Intermediate computer skills

Education & Experience

Minimum: High school diploma or GED and 2 years related work experience or an equivalent substitution for education of 6 - 9 years related work experience

Preferred: Bachelor's degree - from accredited university

Preferred: SAP Plant Maintenance experience

Additional Qualifications

Ability to possess a valid drivers license
