Job summary

Enviva is seeking a Maintenance Planner to organize routine and preventive maintenance for E & I and mechanical systems. The role focuses on ensuring safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness while complying with environmental and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities include detailed job planning, material coordination, and coordinating with multiple departments to optimize maintenance activity and downtime planning.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in maintenance-related applications.
• Strong knowledge of process controls and computer systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; teamwork and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Approach all work order planning with safety as the top priority.
• Develop detailed job plans including labor, materials, tools and procedures for repairs and maintenance.
• Review and plan plant work requests and plan accordingly in the field.
• Arrange materials, parts and tools required before scheduling work.
• Coordinate maintenance planning activities and ensure safety and alignment.
• Serve as site SME for Dynamics 365 (EAM/CMMS).
• Coordinate with departments to optimize maintenance planning activities.
• Compile data and generate reports monitoring performance against goals.
• Provide fast response support to plant operations as needed.
• Maintain equipment manuals and BOMs for equipment and job plans.
• Monitor non-scheduled work for potential corrective actions via PM.
• Audit Preventive Maintenance work orders.
• Lead planning, scheduling and optimization of down days and non-down days.
