Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Building and Repair Maintenance or related field.
• Project coordination experience.
• Proficient with CMMS/EAM and related facility control systems such as BAS, electrical, plumbing, and RHVAC.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Maintenance, Operations, and contractors to develop, execute, and track preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance plans.
• Review and approve work requests, recommend schedules, and maintain an accurate work backlog.
• Plan and prepare maintenance work by coordinating schedules, resources, parts, costs, labor estimates, permits, and job packages.
• Prioritize maintenance activities based on equipment criticality to ensure reliable operations and production targets are met.
• Maintain CMMS data and generate reports as needed.
