Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Maintenance management qualifications or desire to gain.
• Technical knowledge of plant equipment.
• Ability to work with a cross functional team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with CMMS and maintain master data.

Responsibilities

• Gather and develop equipment lists and master data.
• Setup Master Data into CMMS for charts and trends.
• Develop equipment criticality using risk analysis.
• Set up PMs and PDMS into CMMS.
• Develop long-term preventive maintenance strategies.
• Contribute to site maintenance and reliability KPIs.
• Prioritize work via equipment criticality.
• Maintain spare parts inventory in CMMS.
