Bel Brands is seeking a Maintenance Planner to oversee administrative tasks for the maintenance department and coordinate maintenance events with the Maintenance Manager and Leads. The Maintenance Planner helps manage the administrative functions related to the maintenance department including parts inventory, invoicing, receiving and maintaining reports. This position also plans/coordinates maintenance events in conjunction with the Maintenance Manager and Maintenance Leads.
Quality, accuracy, timeliness, reliability, and thoroughness of work performed; ability to gain the trust and respect of management, coworkers and brokers; maintain the integrity of confidential business and product information; ability to communicate effectively and develop good working relationships with other employees is essential to accomplish goals and objectives of the department; able to interpret and explain pertinent department policies and procedures.
Work is performed largely in an office environment. Hours of work will generally be during regular business hours and average at least 40 hours per week. There could be some variation in work hours due to special projects, deadlines, and other concerns. Overtime and occasional holiday hours may be required. Employee is required to sit in front of a computer for several hours a day. Occasional lifting may be required. All Safety and Quality guidelines must be adhered to when working in the plant.
