Air Liquide Advanced Materials in Fremont, CA is seeking a Maintenance Planner to plan and schedule all process and facility maintenance. You will ensure documentation lifecycle from installation to decommissioning, maintain CMMS accuracy, and support safe, compliant execution of work with a focus on stakeholder satisfaction.

The role reports to the Maintenance Manager and requires a high level of organization, strong communication, and CMMS proficiency.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with more than 5 years of Maintenance experience or Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience
• Strong spoken and written communication and organizational skills
• Google Workspace proficiency; CMMS experience (SAP, Maximo, or eMaint a plus); Microsoft Projects a plus

Responsibilities

• Review all new work requests, generate work orders, designate priority, and provide initial estimates for backlog determination.
• Plan each work order to the appropriate level of detail to allow safe and efficient execution of the work.
• Generate a weekly schedule utilizing 100% of the available man-hours by assigning resources to prioritized work.
• Facilitate a weekly schedule meeting and communicate the schedule to plant stakeholders the week prior.
• Update the schedule and generate weekly PM compliance and schedule compliance metrics.

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Planner will be responsible for maintaining a robust, audit ready Planning and Scheduling Program for ALAM's Fremont facility. This position's responsibility includes ensuring that all documentation associated with equipment/instrument planned and unplanned intervention is captured and stored, throughout its entire life cycle from installation through decommissioning with strict adherence to applicable written procedures. The Planner will maintain the traceability and accuracy of all activities utilizing ALAM's CMMS.
