Job description

Do you have a passion for work planning and the maintenance trade? We are looking for our next thought leader who has a vision for excellent results at our Cary, NC, facility as a Maintenance Planner. This role will involve working with various teams including operations, maintenance leadership, and food safety to plan and coordinate our path to success!

As a vital member of our Maintenance team, your skills are essential to the smooth operation of the entire facility. We prioritize integrity with excellence, ensuring our decisions are rooted in our commitment to quality and reliability. You will plan, lead, and execute projects to enhance our maintenance reliability and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Scheduling Support: You will schedule planned, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities, either through your own activities or in coordination with process and packing planners, following our Work Order Management process.
  2. Teamwork: Collaboration is key. You will work alongside the Maintenance Planning team and coordinate with Operations, Reliability, and Quality & Food Safety teams.
  3. Metrics and Safety: You will help drive our values, emphasizing People Safety and Food Safety. Ensuring KPI targets are met and Continuous Improvement (CI) is integrated into daily responsibilities are also priorities.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma / GED with substantial related work experience.
  • Experience with SAP or other maintenance planning software.
  • Ability to quickly develop in-depth knowledge of maintenance and reliability processes, workflows, and procedures.
  • Effective communication, delegation, negotiation, and training skills to achieve results through others.
  • Strong technical aptitude.

Compensation:

The annual salary range is $70,720 - $92,820, based on location, experience, and skills. Discretionary bonuses are also available based on performance.
