Job summary

Interfor in Baxley, Georgia is seeking a Maintenance Planner to coordinate, schedule, and optimize maintenance activities across mill operations. You’ll work closely with skilled tradespeople and leadership to keep production running smoothly, improve safety, and drive efficiency in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You’ll manage CMMS/EAM data, develop job scopes, estimates, and schedules; organize tools, materials, and contractors; and lead teams to maintain high reliability and cost

Qualifications

• Post-secondary technical degree or trade certification required.
• 3–5 years of maintenance planning experience required.
• Experience with preventative/predictive maintenance desirable.
• Proficiency with CMMS/EAM systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all maintenance activities to minimize interruptions.
• Manage CMMS/EAM data, records, and best practices.
• Lead and support tradespeople, ensuring safety and productivity.
