Collaborate with Maintenance and Quarry Managers to align resources and timelines
Drive weekly planning across purchasing, inventory, and contractor activities
Generate and analyze reports on KPIs and maintenance performance
Support the execution of repairs, including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues

Proficiency with CMMS and maintenance processes (e.g., SAP or similar)
