Job summary

JBS USA is seeking a Parts and Room Coordinator – Maintenance in Elkhart, IN. The role focuses on day-to-day inventory tasks, maintenance work order handling, time tracking, and providing material support to the maintenance team.

You will enter data into SAP, manage stock, and assist with scheduling and cycle counts while maintaining an organized stock room and efficient data records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Clerical experience including answering phones, typing and filing.
• Knowledge of computer and data entry.
• Experience with SAP is a plus.
• Mathematical and analytical abilities.
• Ability to manage time efficiently.
• Good interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Enter data into SAP and maintain records.
• Write and close maintenance work orders.
• Track daily time sheets.
• Assist with dispersal of employee supplies.
• Clean and organize the stock room.
• Assist scheduler as needed.
• Perform cycle counts and data entry.
• Locate and retrieve parts requested by maintenance personnel.
