POSITION: Maintenance Parts Coordinator - 1st Shift

$24-$26/hour

LOCATION: Lathrop, CA

REPORTS TO: Maintenance Supervisor

Duties And Responsibilities

• Inventory Management
• Involved in controlling the inventory by receiving, issuing, adjusting, and storing parts
• Receive parts and kits for PM manage min/max, add spare to inventory if required maintain and update critical spare parts list, replenish inventory, cycle count, reconcile reports, receive parts in IMAINT or SAP database, and verify inventory level and update IMAINT.

IMAINT/SAP Database Expert

• Update and schedule the Work Orders in iMaint and tracker, receive parts in SAP or iMAINT, creator update the parts pick list in the tracker

Mathematical Skills

• Able to read a tape measure with speed and accuracy. Able to apply concepts of high school math.

Reasoning Ability

• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or graphic form.

Work Environment

• Regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts.
• Frequently exposed to wet, hot and/or humid conditions.
• Occasionally exposed to high, precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; and vibration.
• The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
