Qualifications

• Previous experience in healthcare, long term care, or other commercial finish construction helpful.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and paint walls and ceilings using primer and latex top coats.
• Mix and prepare painting materials in accordance with manufacturers directions.
• Use stains, latex or oil-based paints on door and trim applications.
• Repair holes and wall cracks using drywall, tape, and mud.
• Install gypsum board, tape and mud wall sections.
• Protect work and property against damage during maintenance.
• Conduct emergency repairs to prevent injuries and damage.
• Respond to all emergency situations as requested.
• Follow all safety rules and maintain clean work areas.
• Perform other maintenance duties as assigned.
